The Soft Spot is a mobile matcha and espresso bar that brings café-quality drinks and warm, attentive service to weddings, celebrations, and special events throughout Orange County and Southern California.
The Soft Spot was founded by three best friends who have been inseparable for over 20 years. We grew up together, weathered life’s highs and lows side by side, and shared countless memories over coffee, matcha, and late-night conversations.
Over time, those moments became something more than memories. They became a shared belief: that the most meaningful connections happen when people slow down and are fully present. For us, coffee and matcha have always been more than drinks — they’re rituals. Small, grounding pauses that invite people to gather, connect, and stay a little longer.
Starting a business together felt big — and honestly, a little brave. But after two decades of friendship, we knew one thing for certain: whatever we built, we wanted it to feel intentional, warm, and deeply human. That belief led us to create The Soft Spot — a pop-up matcha and espresso bar designed to bring warmth, connection, and community into the spaces where people celebrate.
